Themes are color palettes applied to the Main Navigation, Context Bar, certain notifications and a limited number of UI components. Themes are primarily used for customers to provide a branded portal experience.

The portal theme is initially set for an organization when it is created, and the same selection applies to all users of that organization. It can be changed to another available theme by visiting the organization’s general settings in Organization Setup.
