Data Transfer

The Data Transfer page provides a way to securely send certain types of data to NeuroID including:

• Sharing outcome data with the Data Science team to help us improve our services and help you better identify your risky and genuine populations.
• Sending your organization's most up-to-date Device ID blocklist.
• Sending your organization's most up-to-date IP Address blocklist.

To send data, select the type of data you want to send from the dropdown and click Go.

A modal window specific to the file type you've selected will open that includes the file requirements and potentially some additional questions about the data you're sending in. Answer the applicable questions, select the file(s), and click Submit.

Depending on the amount of data you’re sending, it may take a few moments for the upload to finish.

A few important notes:

• Blocklist files should include the complete list of items to block.
• Blocklists will update within a few minutes of upload.
• NeuroID does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Please ensure the data file you upload does not contain PII before sharing.
