Filters

Dashboard Filters are located at the top of each dashboard.

Adjust FiltersTo adjust filter settings:
1. Use one or more of the provided controls to narrow or expand the data set to your desired parameters.
2. Click the Reload button to refresh the data using your updated filtering selections.
Hide FiltersTo hide the filters, click the Hide Filters button.
Reset FiltersTo restore the filters to the default state, open the Dashboard action menu and click Reset Filters.
Share FiltersTo share a filtered view, click Copy Link to copy the current filtered view URL to your clipboard. You can paste the URL and send it how you would send any other text. The recipient must be a logged in portal user with proper credentials to view the page.

Additionally, in some cases you can click on one or more bars, lines, etc. within the charts to narrow the data to a subset. You can see which additional filters you’ve added near the other filters at the top of the page. To remove a filter added this way, click on its button. If you’ve added multiple filters of this kind, you can remove them all at once by clicking the X button/box at the end of the list of them.

Downloads

Dashboard-level download actions are accessed through the dashboard action menu located in the top right corner of the dashboard.

Download dashboard data1. Open the dashboard actions menu and select Download.
2. Set the download options to best fit your needs and click ther Download

Available Options:
File Formats: PDF, CSV
Paper Sizes: Fit Page to Dashboard, Letter, Legal, Tabloid, A0, A1, A2, A3, A4, A5
Expanding tables to show all rows (y/n)
Showing all tiles in a single column (y/n)
View downloadable data in a browser1. Open the dashboard actions menu and select Download.
2. Set the download options to best fit your needs and click Open in Browser.

Time Zone Settings

Change the data's time zoneOpen the dashboard actions menu and click Each tile’s time zone. Select the desired time zone and click the Update button. Each dashboard’s time zone setting operates independently of the others. The default time zone is UTC.
