Notifications

The Notifications settings page allows you to set preferences related to which portal notifications you receive, and how you receive them.

To receive notifications when risky behavior (like Fraud Rings) is detected, check the box next to Risky Behavior Alerts.

You can elect to receive these notifications via email, webhooks and/or Slack.

Email Notifications

To receive notifications via email:

• Check the box next to Receive via email.
• Click Add email link, enter the email you want notifications sent to and click Save.
• Repeat the prior two steps for as many email addresses as you want to add.

To remove an email address, click the X icon that appears next to it.

Webhooks Notifications

To receive notifications via webhooks:

• Check the box next to Receive via webhooks.
• Enter the webhook URL.
• Enter the webhook key.

Slack Notifications

To configure Slack notifications, please contact your Customer Service representative.

To save your selection, click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
